I grew up outside Washington DC and trained on the east coast, but Oregon feels like home after 16 years. One of the things I enjoy more and more is the chance to offer insights and advice to patients that only comes with years in practice as well as getting older and raising children of my own. I believe more than ever that exercise is critical to healthy aging and emotional well being.
