Dr. Winthrop is a native of California, but has lived in Oregon 30 plus years where he as been a Salem Clinc family practice physician the whole time. Dr. Winthrop has a wife and 3 children. He enjoys traveling, reading and politics. “I am setting up an Educational Foundation with Friends of the Columbia Gorge in honor of my recently deceased youngest son, Matthew.”
