Dr. Akpamgbo has dedicated most of her fourteen-year career as a family physician to serving families in medically underserved communities including, Terrace, British Columbia; Pocatello, Idaho; Medical Lake, Washington; and most recently prior to joining the Salem, Clinic, the NWHS West Salem Clinic. “Effective medical care is best achieved when every member on the care team is equally valued and empowered and the patient and key family members are fully invested in their health care.” She enjoys being a wife and the mother of five growing children. She has a passion for fashion and dancing, loves going on nature walks, double-biking with her husband and travelling to experience other cultures, foods and traditions.
