Ms. Alejandre grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and completed her undergraduate training at the University of California Santa Cruz earning her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology. Following graduation she spent her time experiencing many avenues of medicine, where she found her passion in working with patients to bring about the best possible health outcomes. She trained in emergency medicine as an EMT spending 4 years serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area on an ambulance, was a medical assistant in a pediatric allergy clinic and expanded her knowledge of the human body through the clinical anatomy department at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Ms. Alejandre went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rutgers University in New Jersey where she practiced the art of medicine in a wide variety of specialties including family medicine, surgery and emergency medicine.

Outside of work she enjoys hiking, backpacking, international volunteer work and traveling to experience as many cultures and cuisines as possible.
