E Visit

An e-visit is an electronic visit between you and your doctor that can be used for routine health issues instead of calling the clinic or scheduling an appointment. You will answer a series of questions in MyChart. The answers, along with your medical record information, will be used by your doctor to assess and treat you. You will receive a message back from your doctor within two business days. Your doctor may terminate the e-visit and advise you to come in to the office or proceed to the closest emergency department if at any time they determine your condition may be urgent or emergent.
