Some visit types can be conducted via questionnaire and messaging (e-visit), or through a secure video conference. Not all medical needs can be addressed remotely, but we will do what we can to address your needs at a time and location that is convenient to you!
MyChart Video Visit
If you have MyChart, log into your account and on the mobile app click on "Appointments", or from your desktop "Schedule an appointment" you can choose a provider you have seen in the last year for a video visit. Click on the date and time you would like to be seen, complete scheduling. When it is time for your appointment, check yourself in via MyChart and start your video visit. Video Visit
A video visit is a scheduled appointment with your doctor where you connect via video conference on your smartphone, tablet or other video-enabled PC. You will be able to see, hear, and speak to your doctor and they will be able to see, hear, and speak to you, similar to the experience you have with Apple Facetime or Skype calls.
