From I-5 - Take exit 253 (Santiam Highway 22); go west on Highway 22 (becomes Mission Street); take the exit ramp on the right toward Willamette University and City Center; merge onto 12th Street continue; 12th Street become Union Street; turn right into park lot.
Our Urgent Care Clinics are open weekdays, weekends and evenings for those times when your own physician may not be available. We have full-time physicians on staff who will see to your acute needs. Often the physician will assess and treat you then send you home. Sometimes you will require a higher level of care and will be immediately directed to the hospital.
Salem Clinic urgent care clinics are available to both patients with Salem Clinic primary physicians and those who receive regular medical care elsewhere.
Current Salem Clinic patients can schedule an urgent care visit via MyChart or by calling 503-399-2424 between 7:30am - 5pm weekdays. Walk-ins are welcome and will be scheduled into the next available appointment time. Walk-in appointment availability may be limited/unavailable toward the end of the day; you may be presented with alternate routes to care, including the hospital’s emergency department, a 911 call, etc.

We see patients for on-the-job injuries only under particular circumstances, and only one time. We do not provide ongoing care for on-the-job injuries. Please see criteria below.- Injury must have occurred within 48 hours prior to appointment
- Injured must have in-state workers’ compensation insurance carrier
- Injured cannot be a federal government or Amazon employee
