Walk-in and scheduled visits welcome. Salem Clinic Urgent Care Clinics are open weekdays, as well as weekends and evenings, for those times when your own physician may not be available. Salem Clinic has full-time physicians on staff who can care for your injury or illness. Both locations feature onsite laboratory and imaging services to aid in timely diagnosis and treatment.
Who is welcome?
- Salem Clinic urgent care clinics are available to both patients with Salem Clinic primary care physicians and those who receive regular medical care elsewhere
- There are no age restrictions
- Salem Clinic is contracted with most insurances
How to schedule a visit?
- Walk-in and register at the admitting desk
- Call our scheduling team 503-399-2424 between 7:30am and 5:00pm weekdays
- Evenings and weekends, call the admitting desk directly to schedule (Capitol St 503.364.9888; South Salem 503.485.8600)
- Current Salem Clinic patients can schedule an urgent care visit via MyChart

We see patients for on-the-job injuries only under particular circumstances, and only one time. Ongoing care for on-the-job injuries would be referred to our Occupational Health Clinic. Please see criteria below.
- Injury must have occurred within 48 hours prior to appointment
- Injured must have in-state workers’ compensation insurance carrier
- Injured cannot be a federal government or Amazon employee
