A video visit is a scheduled appointment with your doctor where you connect via video conference on your smartphone, tablet or other video-enabled PC. You will be able to see, hear, and speak to your doctor and they will be able to see, hear, and speak to you, similar to the experience you have with Apple Facetime or Skype calls. You can schedule a video visit in MyChart. If you do not have a MyChart account, please call (503) 399-2424, to set one up or schedule your video visit with a receptionist.

MyChart Account Users - Please login to your MyChart account to schedule a MyChart video visit. All others, please follow instructions below.
1. To schedule a Video Visit, please call 503-399-2424 between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
2. 15 minutes before your video visit is scheduled to begin, please ensure:
- Your phone, device or computer is charged or plugged into a power source
- You are in a private and quiet space indoors, that is free from distractions such as a television, pets or other people
- You are not driving
- You have a strong wireless, or cellular data signal
- You have ample lighting on your face and any body part that may be discussed in your visit
- You have your current medications, or a list of your current medications near you
- You have necessary aids available (hearing aids, glasses, etc.)
- You have information available to you that is relevant to the reason for your visit (current weight, recent blood pressure reading, etc.)
- If you do not have MyChart, wait for the Nurse or Provider to call you, they will then either email or text you a link that you will click on to launch the video visit.
- If you have MyChart, log into your MyChart account, go to your appointments and begin the Check-in Process. Once this is complete, under "It's time to start your video visit!" click the "Begin video visit" button. It will then allow you to test your camera, microphone, and speakers. When you are ready, click "Join Call" and wait for your provider.
3. If your provider does not call within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, please call 503-399-2424 for a status update.
