I’m a Salem, Oregonian native who’s happy to be back home surrounded by family, dogs, and a few too many cups of coffee. I’ve built my life around caring for others—both as a family physician and as a mom—and I’m learning to celebrate the perfectly imperfect parts of the journey. I love being outdoors, connecting with animals, and finding humor in everyday chaos. Life’s thrown me a few curveballs, but I’ve learned that grace, grit, and laughter can get you through almost anything.
