Timothy Zuk, MD

Why I belong...
Dr. Timothy Zuk has been a family medicine physician with Salem Clinic since 2002. He chose to practice family medicine, so that he could manage a wide variety of conditions and treat the whole person and sometimes whole families. In addition to obtaining his medical degree from the University of Alberta, completing a residency at the University of Saskatchewan and maintaining a busy practice focused on preventive medicine, he also has a special interest in dermatologic issues. Dr. Zuk has completed two years of postgraduate training through Cardiff University, obtaining a diploma in practical dermatology. Dr. Zuk is available to screen, diagnose and treat dermatologic diseases using medications, cryotherapy and surgery for patients of all ages. After training in Canada, Dr. Zuk practiced for eight years in a small town in Ohio before coming to the "big city" of Salem.

Dr. Zuk enjoys practicing in the group setting of Salem Clinic. His special interests include dermatology, sports medicine and preventive medicine. He believes that healthy eating and regular exercise are very important in health maintenance. Dr. Zuk strives to provide the best care for all of his patients!

For life...
Dr. Zuk enjoys hiking, running, biking, cross-fit, skiing, traveling and competing in triathlons. His family includes a wife, three sons, three dogs and two cats. One of his greatest personal accomplishments has been hiking and mountaineering the Cascades with family and friends.
