From I-5 - Going South - Take exit 258 (N Salem/Fairgrounds/Amphitheater) to Portland Road, right on Portland Road; Portland Road becomes Fairgrounds Road and turns into Capitol Street just past Sunnyview Road; Turn left into clinic just past Sunnyview Road; building is brown and parking is in front or to the side of the clinic.
From I-5 - Going North - Take exit 256 (Market Street), turn left; continue on Market to Capitol Street, turn right; continue on Capitol to clinic (just past US Bank); clinic will be on the right side; turn right into parking area.
From Downtown Salem - Broadway Street north to Market; right on Market to Capitol; left on Capitol; continue to clinic (just past US Bank); clinic will be on the right side; turn right into the parking area.
